Enabling low-income households to build stable, dignified incomes through vocational training, enterprise support and access to markets.

Objectives

  • Expand household income among the poor and near-poor
  • Reduce vulnerability to seasonal and economic shocks
  • Support women, youth and persons with disabilities to enter productive work
